The record for military aircraft is 1h55min, established in 1974 by an SR-71 Blackbird crew. The Concorde's record (later self-beaten) was in the vicinity of 2h30min.

I have some sweet pictures back at my parents house of me from ages 10-15 doing a superman pose in front of the mach 2.00-01 + 50k feet. I always got a real chuckle out of landing 1-2 hours before we took off coming back stateside.

About 2/3rds of the time. Makes sense if you consider that the Concorde is a Mach 2 aircraft and the Blackbird is a Mach 3.5 aircraft.
